Policy for Borrowing Music from the CSCO Library:
Part of the Chorale’s mission is to support Wards and Stakes of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints along the Colorado Front Range. One way we do this is by allowing our sheet music to be checked out of our library for use by your ward or stake choirs. Feel free to browse our CSC Sheet Music Inventory and contact us to submit your request.
How it works:
To request music, contact us using the form above.
Include the following information with your request:
- Your Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Ward
- Stake
- Calling
- Title of the music
- Name of the arranger
- Quantity of copies requested
- Date needed for use
- Date to be returned
Upon approval, you will be given instructions for picking up the music from our Chorale Library.
A deposit of $20 will be held while music is checked out, and will be given back when the music is returned. An assessment of $2 per piece will be charged for music that has been damaged or not returned.
Additional requirements: We ask that you take excellent care of our sheet music. Mark on the music in pencil only and erase only your notations after use. Do not erase any notations already marked on the music by the Chorale.
